We're looking for an experienced Grader Operator who can also jump on other gear when needed. You'll be working on our ART haul road and Eliwana Drive maintenance contract, keeping roads secure, smooth, and well-drained for heavy haulage traffic.
Key responsibilities
Maintenance grading of high-traffic mine haul roads and access roads
Final trim and shaping, including windrows, crossfall, and drains
Road stabilisation and rebuilds using PolyCom (scarify, mix, shape, trim)
Operating other plant as required: loader, roller, excavator, or water cart
Daily pre-starts and secure work in line with OEM requirements and SWIs
About you
Minimum 2 years' experience operating a grader on haul roads, mine sites or civil construction
Proven final trim experience
Grader ticket or VOC (other plant tickets a bonus)
Current unrestricted C class driver's licence
Construction Induction (White Card)
Ability to pass an FMG pre-employment medical, and drug and alcohol testing
Australian work rights
A solid safety mindset, a great work ethic and the ability to work well in a team
Trimble or GPS machine control experience (however not essential)
Experience on loaders, rollers, excavators, or water carts
