FIFO TYRE FITTERS – PERTH WA

Peel Recruitment is currently seeking experienced FIFO Tyre Fitters for ongoing mining opportunities across Western Australia.

We are looking for reliable and safety-focused candidates who have experience working with heavy mobile equipment and mining tyres and are ready to mobilise.

The Role

Your duties may include
Removing, fitting and repairing tyres on heavy mobile mining equipment
Tyre inspections, rotations and pressure checks
Identifying tyre damage and wear
Carrying out tyre maintenance and repairs
Working with haul trucks, loaders, graders and other heavy machinery
Using tyre fitting equipment, jacks and associated tooling
Completing required paperwork and safety documentation
Maintaining a clean and secure work area
Following site procedures and safety requirements

Requirements To be considered, you will ideally have:
Previous experience as a Heavy / OTR Tyre Fitter
Experience within mining or heavy earthmoving environments
Current Australian Driver's Licence




Relevant tyre fitting qualifications or certification
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
Current National Police Clearance or ability to obtain one
Strong commitment to workplace safety
Ability to work 12-hour FIFO shifts
Full Australian working rights

Additional licences and tickets such as Forklift, Working at Heights, High Risk Work licences or First Aid will be highly regarded.
