SITE MANAGER – MULTI-RESIDENTIAL

FIFO Role | Permanent Full Time

Alto Construction (WA) Pty Ltd is a Perth-based developer-builder delivering high quality multi-residential and mixed-use developments across Western Australia.

We are seeking a motivated Site Supervisor to join our construction team and assist in the delivery of multi-residential projects, in Carnarvon, Geraldton and Margaret River.

This FIFO role is ideal for someone looking to further develop their career in construction supervision within a hands-on and supportive setting, working closely under an experienced Site Manager.

About the Role

· Assisting the Site Manager with the day-to-day coordination of subcontractors and trades

· Monitoring site progress and maintaining construction programmes

· Supporting site safety and quality control processes

· Assisting with material deliveries and site logistics

· Coordinating site activities to ensure works are completed efficiently

· Maintaining site presentation and compliance requirements

· Assisting with defect management and project completion activities





· Working collaboratively within the site team to deliver projects on time and to a high standard

About You

· Previous experience in residential or commercial construction

· Ability to work effectively under the direction of a Site Manager

· Strong communication and organisational skills

· Ability to work well within a team setting

· A positive, reliable and proactive attitude

· Good understanding of construction processes and site safety requirements

· Ability to build robust working relationships with trades and subcontractors

· Desire to grow and develop within the construction industry
