Role Description The SEO Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Melbourne, VIC. This position is responsible for planning and executing SEO strategies that increase organic visibility, traffic, and qualified leads for client websites. Day-to-day tasks include conducting keyword research, performing technical and content-focused SEO audits, optimizing on-page elements, and managing link-building initiatives.

The SEO Specialist will monitor performance through web analytics tools, prepare reports, and collaborate with content, design, and account teams to align SEO efforts with broader marketing objectives.



The role also involves staying up to date with search engine algorithm changes and industry best practices to ensure sustainable performance improvements.

Qualifications
Demonstrated ability in keyword research and on-page SEO optimization to improve rankings and organic traffic.
Experience performing comprehensive SEO audits and implementing actionable recommendations.
Practical skills in link building and off-page SEO to strengthen domain authority and search visibility.
Proficiency with web analytics and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar) to track and report performance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
