Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Brisbane, QLD. This role focuses on engaging with customers in the showroom, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable new and used vehicle options. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting test drives, preparing quotations, negotiating sales, and finalizing contracts in line with company policies.

Specialist also coordinates with service, parts,



and finance teams to offer integrated solutions and ensure a seamless customer experience. Additional duties include maintaining product knowledge, meeting sales targets, following up on leads, and accurately updating CRM and sales records.

Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with diverse customers and build long-term relationships.
Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets, manage pipelines, and support dealership performance.
Experience in Training, mentoring, or coaching peers in sales techniques and product knowledge.
Knowledge of automotive products and features; ability to learn recent models, technologies, and brand offerings quickly.
Comfort with CRM systems, basic digital tools, and accurate record-keeping for leads, opportunities, and customer data.
Goal-oriented mindset, strong negotiation skills, and resilience in a fast-paced retail setting.
Previous experience in automotive or retail sales is highly regarded; relevant certifications or qualifications are an advantage.
Ability to work onsite in Brisbane, QLD, including weekends and peak trading hours as required.
