Our Melbourne team is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead, motivate, coach and retain a team of 10 outbound cold-calling Sales Representatives.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a proven sales professional who knows how to build high-performing teams, drive accountability and lead from the front.

Proven leadership experience in a cold-calling or face-to-face sales environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day management of a agile outbound sales team
Coach, motivate and develop Sales Representatives to consistently achieve their targets
Provide support by progressing and closing opportunities as required
Set, track and manage individual and team performance targets
Conduct regular coaching, 1:1s, training sessions and performance reviews
Identify performance gaps and implement strategies to improve results
Build a high-performing, accountable and positive sales culture

About You





You’re an experienced sales professional who thrives in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment and knows how to get the best out of people.

You’ll bring
2+ years of experience in cold calling or face-to-face sales
Proven experience coaching, mentoring and developing sales representatives
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
A motivated, resilient and results-driven mindset
A genuine passion for developing people and building successful sales teams
The ability to lead by example and hold yourself and your team accountable
