We are seeking a full time Retail Manager for our busy Tobacco and Gift store, including a newsagency, located in Bathurst, NSW.
Key Details
Position: Retail Manager
Employment: Full time
Salary: $80,000 - $82,000 per annum
Location: Bathurst, NSW
Duties include
Overseeing daily store operations
Managing staff and rosters
Stock control and supplier coordination
Ensuring high levels of customer service
Meeting sales and compliance standards.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma-level qualification in a relevant field
At least 1 year of experience in a retail management role
Robust customer service and team leadership skills
Experience in tobacco or speciality retail preferred.
NSW Lotteries training is mandatory.
