About the role An exciting opportunity exists for a four day per week Permanent Part Time Sales & Customer Services expert working in a modern office at our newly opened KeepSafe Storage Bayswater facility, providing support to the Facility Manager in daily operations. This is an exciting and wide-ranging role that plays a key role in the delivery of exceptional customer service and achievement of monthly targets.

Key responsibilities
Sales and customer service delivery
Administrative support
Assistance with facility cleanliness
Update and maintain records on computerised system
Achieve KPI's in sales and other areas
Work 4 days a week including Saturday morning work at least twice a month, with a full rostered day off during the week (Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm, Saturdays 9.00am – 2.00pm)

About you
Vibrant outgoing personality with excellent Customer Service Skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with current and existing customers
Ability to update and maintain records on computerised system
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively




Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite an advantage
Effective time management skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated and the ability to work without supervision after initial training period
Willingness to learn new skills and systems, with full training provided
