We are seeking a passionate, experienced and driven Recruiter to join our growing team at Flex Recruit, in our St Georges Terrace, Perth office.
In this full-time position, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment across trades & blue-collar in the mining & resources sector, working closely with hiring managers to deliver outstanding talent outcomes. You'll drive proactive sourcing strategies, ensuring we attract diverse, high-calibre candidates who align with our values and culture.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle
Sourcing and engaging skilled tradespeople – not simply waiting for applications.
Job postings
Building talent pools for current and upcoming client requirements.
Pre-employment coordination
Placements and onboarding
Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
Leverage your industry network and use innovative sourcing methods to identify best talent
Assist in development and streamlining of systems and process
About You
You bring at least three years’ experience within mining/resources recruiting blue-collar labour hire roles.
Your attention to detail is excellent and you a high energy ‘juggler’ with the ability to manage competing priorities in a rapid-paced environment.
You are a:
proactive and reliable qualified with strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organisation.

confident in picking up the phone and taking accountability for outcomes
