Your role:
Deliver friendly, skilled service to all members and guests
Manage reception duties — calls, emails, and walk-ins
Conduct engaging gym tours and confidently sign up new members
Handle member admin, paperwork, and data entry
Support sales initiatives and community events
Maintain a clean, welcoming gym space

We’re looking for:
Customer service and/or sales experience
Great communication and people skills
Positive, reliable, team-oriented attitude
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Comfortable with admin and basic computer use
