We’re chasing a Sous Chef who can handle the heat, lead from the front, and throw down quality food every service.
What You’ll Do
Run grill section with wood and charcoal
Cook bold Mexican food with consistency and flair
Keep the kitchen sharp, clean, and organised
Help with menu, ordering, and stock control
What You Bring
Sous Chef or senior CDP experience
Calm under pressure in service
Passion for Mexican food, fire, smoke, and flavour
Good attitude, strong work ethic, and team mentality
Available nights and weekends
