Known for delivering quality projects with a strong focus on workmanship and attention to detail, they are now looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team and take ownership of a major high-end residential development in Melbourne’s North-East. About the Role

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the project, overseeing subcontractors, programme, quality, safety and site operations.

This is a high-end residential development with a level of complexity more closely aligned with vertical apartment construction than traditional townhouse projects.

Job Requirements
Experience delivering apartments, high-end residential, townhouses or similar projects
Strong understanding of site safety, systems and processes




Excellent subcontractor and trade management skills
Strong programme and sequencing experience
High attention to detail and quality
Ability to lead a busy site and keep multiple stakeholders aligned
Solid communication and problem-solving skills
A proactive and organised approach to Site Management
Relevant construction qualifications and knowledge of Australian construction standards
