About the Role

Health Assessments
Care Plans and Care Plan Reviews
Chronic Disease Management
Immunisations and Vaccinations
Wound Care and Dressings
ECGs, Spirometry and Health Screening
Treatment Room Procedures
Patient Education and Preventative Health
Recall and Reminder Programs
Quality Improvement Activities
Accreditation and Compliance Support

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
Current AHPRA Registration as an RN
Current CPR Certificate
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A qualified, positive and patient-focused attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Robust organisational and time management skills

Highly Regarded
General Practice Nursing experience
Nurse Immuniser qualification
Experience with Health Assessments and Care Plans
Chronic Disease Management experience
Best Practice software experience
Treatment room experience
Interest in preventative health and quality improvement
