A busy Tweed Heads cafe is looking for an experienced Head Barista to join the team. To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate the following
Proven Barista Skills with rapid paced, high volume coffee making
Able to complete other responsibilities around the cafe
English Speaking
Exceptional customer service standards is essential
Impeccable and qualified communication skills
The ability to work under pressure in a fast paced setting
An eye for cleanliness and perfection
Be available to work a rotating roster, 7 Days, 6AM to 4PM
Immediate start
Minimum 2 years Barista experience
Working Rights within Australia
Pay: $26.44 – $48.35 per hour
Work Location: In person
