Role Description The Senior Enrolment Consultant is a full-time position responsible for guiding prospective learners through the entire enrolment process. Day-to-day, this role involves responding to enquiries, conducting consultative calls, assessing learner needs, and recommending suitable courses and study pathways. The consultant will manage application follow-up, provide explicit information about course structures, fees, and schedules, and ensure a smooth transition from enquiry to enrolment.





This role also includes maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, monitoring pipeline activity, and collaborating with marketing and academic teams to optimize enrolment outcomes.

The Senior Enrolment

Consultant is expected to meet enrolment targets while providing a supportive, ethical, and student-centered experience.

Qualifications
Strong sales skills, including consultative selling, and product recommendation experience.
Proficiency in communication, including phone, email, and chat, with explicit, qualified written and verbal communication.
Experience using CRM or enrolment management systems, with attention to detail in data entry and record-keeping.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple enquiries, follow-ups, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed enrolment or sales targets while maintaining a learner-first, ethical approach.
Background in education, vocational training, or beauty industry enrolments is highly beneficial.
