Role Overview The Station Manager oversees the daily operations of the repair shop, ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer standards. This role focuses on delivering high-quality MRO and GSE services while maintaining operational efficiency and profitability.

Practical experience in Part 145, MRO field.
Demonstrable experience in Output/Productivity control
