Live-In Motel Management Couple - The Grampians Motel | Halls Gap, Victoria

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable, results driven, live-in management couple to oversee the day-to-day operations of our motel in the heart of the Grampians.

Key Responsibilities
Managing guest check-ins, check-outs and customer service
Handling reservations, emails and booking platforms
Supervising housekeeping and maintaining presentation standards
Coordinating property maintenance and contractors
Managing daily operations, reporting and inventory
Responding to guest enquiries and after-hours issues
Supporting marketing, online reviews and local tourism partnerships

About You
Previous experience in motel, hotel, holiday park or hospitality management
Strong customer service and communication skills
Valuable computer and reservation system skills
Well-organised,



self-motivated and able to work independently
Practical approach to housekeeping and minor maintenance tasks
Australian work rights and current driver's licence
