The role is responsible for:
Providing transport to and from the centre in vehicles provided by Southern Districts Support
Assisting the Lifestyle Centre Coordinator in designing quality activities and programmes that follow industry best practice, are inclusive, meet a broad range of individual choices and emphasise individual focused service and outcomes
Implementing activities on a daily basis ensuring participation by clients, and providing relevant feedback
Assisting clients with activities of daily living as required
Completion of documentation as required
We are looking for someone who has the following:
Drive and enthusiasm to provide outstanding supports in a centre based setting
Certificate III in Aged Care and at least two years' experience in a similar centre based setting
Current First Aid certificate (or willing to obtain one)
A valid full (non provisional) driving licence
NDIS Screening Check
You must be available to work at least 3 days a week, 8:30am to 4pm and be available to relieve for sickness and holidays.
