The Role
Advise on major property development and investment matters, including acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures and significant commercial property transactions.
Manage property transactions with increasing autonomy while developing solid relationships with institutional investors, developers, government authorities, REITs and renewable energy clients.
Collaborate with Corporate, Energy & Resources and Setting teams on multidisciplinary matters spanning infrastructure, renewable energy and complex development projects.
About You
You will ideally have 2–5 years’ PQE with broad commercial property experience and a sound understanding of the legislation and core principles governing real estate transactions.
You bring strong technical, project management and communication skills, together with the confidence to manage matters and engage directly with clients.
You are a cooperative and commercially minded lawyer who takes pride in attention to detail, high-quality client service and finding practical solutions.
