About Us

Avad Recruitment is a growing Victorian labour hire business placing workers into construction, manufacturing, and warehousing roles. As we expand, we need another experienced hand to help manage client relationships and keep growing our workforce.

The Role

You'll work closely with our team across sourcing and recruiting workers, managing client relationships, and growing our client base over time. This is a hands-on role that mixes coordination, recruitment, and business development — the balance will shift depending on business needs.

Day-to-day responsibilities:
Manage your client portfolio — handling incoming requests and rostering workers to fill them
Source, screen, and hire candidates to grow and maintain your team of available workers

Identify and convert recent clients to grow your portfolio
Build and maintain solid relationships with both clients and workers
Handle the general admin associated with running your portfolio (bookings, records, compliance checks)

What We're Looking For
Experience in labour hire, recruitment, or account management (highly regarded but not essential if you're a fast learner)
Comfortable juggling reactive coordination work (client requests, rostering) with proactive business development
Confident making calls, following up leads, and building long-term relationships
Solid organisational skills — you'll be responsible for keeping your own portfolio running smoothly
Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or warehousing industries is a bonus

What We Offer
Hourly pay plus commission — the more your portfolio grows, the more you earn
A full-time role from day one, with hands-on training and support as you build up your own client and worker base
Real ownership over your own portfolio, not just a support role

Work Location: In person
