Little Learners Speech Therapy – Sydney CBD NSW

Little Learners Speech Therapy is a paediatric mobile speech pathology service providing therapy across Sydney. We deliver services in a variety of settings including schools, preschools, client homes and via telehealth.

We are a small, friendly practice that values flexibility, support and explicit communication with our therapists. You’ll work closely with our Director for scheduling, admin support and clinical coordination.

We are currently looking for passionate Speech Pathologists to join our supportive team, ideally available 3–5 days per week.

Contractor or Salaried Employment

The role is primarily offered on a contractor basis at $120–$160 per hour, with complete flexibility to choose your working days, hours, locations and caseload.

Salaried employment positions may also be considered for the right candidate, with remuneration discussed based on experience, availability and employment arrangement.

We are primarily seeking therapists to service Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs and/or Western Sydney, although you are welcome to nominate your preferred areas to work across Sydney.

The Role




Conduct speech and language assessments
Develop individualised therapy and treatment plans
Deliver engaging therapy sessions for children with speech, language and communication disorders
Write reports and clinical documentation
Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers and other professionals to support the best outcomes for your clients
Salaried employment arrangements may also be considered for the right candidate

What You Need
Bachelor of Speech Pathology (or equivalent)
Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
Working With Children Check
Australian driver’s licence and access to a car
Willingness to obtain an ABN
Willingness to obtain Qualified Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance
