About the role
Maintain high level kitchen standards and quality
Ensure that the kitchen minimum standards are being complied to
Assist in the productive running of kitchen operations
deliver outstanding food in taste and presentation
Must be available weekends

Ability to work in a rapid paced environment and remain calm under pressure
excellent communication and organizational skills
