THE ROLE
Lead and motivate your team to deliver a outstanding customer experience
Connect with customers who share your passion for sport and streetwear
Talk teams, sports and the latest sporting trends
Drive sales and help the team achieve store targets
Deliver a fun and engaging customer experience
Help customers find the right product and style
Keep the store looking sharp and on brand
Manage stock, visual merchandising and day-to-day store operations
Support rostering, training and coaching of your team
Lead by example on the shop floor
ABOUT YOU
You genuinely love sport and enjoy talking about it
Streetwear and sports fashion are your thing
Store Manager experience is preferred but not essential
Strong Assistant Store Managers,
2ICs and 3ICs ready to step up are encouraged to apply
Confident, outgoing and comfortable approaching customers
Great personality and robust customer service skills
A natural leader who enjoys motivating a team
Reliable, hands‑on and happy to get involved
Available to start ASAP
Flexible with weekends and retail hours
