Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Junior – Midweight Designer. The designer will contribute to brand identity, packaging, and web design projects, from initial concept development through to final delivery.

Day-to-day tasks include creating design concepts, preparing visual assets, refining layouts, and aligning work with established brand guidelines. The role involves collaborating with senior designers and strategists, participating in internal reviews, and responding to client feedback to improve and finalize design solutions. The designer will also support basic production tasks, organize project files, and ensure all work is delivered on time and to a high standard of craft.

Qualifications




Strong foundation in visual design, including typography, layout, color, and composition, with a portfolio demonstrating branding, packaging, or web design work.
Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; and Figma or similar for digital and web design).
Ability to translate creative direction and brand strategy into clear, consistent visual concepts and assets.
Comfort working on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time effectively, and meeting deadlines in a remote setting.
Explicit and professional communication skills, with the ability to receive, interpret, and implement feedback constructively.
Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from more senior team members while contributing ideas and solutions.
Attention to detail in preparing files for handoff, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all deliverables.
Relevant education or equivalent experience in graphic design, communication design, or a related field.
Experience or interest in working with brand-led, design-focused clients and in a creative studio workplace is beneficial.
