BGIS is seeking a Customer Service Officer for the Mascot Airport area, based in office with the client and BGIS team in Mascot, NSW. You will support maintenance requests across a major aviation precinct, log work orders in CMMS, and communicate progress within service levels.
You should have experience in a customer service centre or operations centre and be comfortable working with a national operations team, using MS Office and reporting on KPIs. Full time, in office role.
