About the Role

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Educatorto join our team as one of our amazing Lead Educators have to leave us due to personal circumstances.
Build positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Contribute to the planning and implementation of high-quality educational programs (aligned to the EYLF and NQS).
Supervising the daily activities of children.
Promote and model secure, inclusive, and engaging practices that uphold the rights and dignity of every child.
Work collaboratively within a supportive team and maintain professionalism in line with our Code of Conduct.
Be available to work 5 days, with hours rostered within our operating hours.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
A minimum of Diploma in children's services or be working towards.
A current Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
Current First Aid, CPR,



Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
Current Child Protection training/ certificate
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for safeguarding children and supporting their learning and development.
