GAO-MI Hair, Make-Up & Holistic Head Spa – Cairns North

We’re looking for an experienced hairdresser with strong practical skills, a caring approach and pride in making every client feel well looked after.

At GAO-MI, we specialise in healthy hair and holistic scalp care. Your role will include cutting, colouring and styling, alongside scalp care and Head Spa treatments. Head Spa training is provided—an interest in learning and performing these services is essential.

About you
Confident working independently and as part of a team.
Skilled in cutting a wide range of hair types, textures and styles.
Sound knowledge of colouring fundamentals and confident colour application.
Excellent communication and a thoughtful approach to client consultations.
Reliable, organised and attentive to detail.
Open to feedback and interested in continuing to learn.

This position is for an experienced hairdresser who can confidently manage clients. It is not an apprentice or trainee role. Proven practical ability matters more to us than formal qualifications.
