Robina Pavilion Liquor Legends is looking for a reliable, energetic and customer-focused Bottle Shop Attendant to join our team.

This is a casual position offering approximately 25+ hours per week, with regular night and weekend shifts. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in presentation and customer service, and is happy to get involved across all areas of bottle shop operations.

About the role
Providing friendly and efficient customer service
Processing sales and operating the POS system
Receiving and putting away stock deliveries
Replenishing shelves, fridges and promotional displays
Maintaining a clean, organised and well-presented bottle shop
Completing stock rotation and general stock control
Following responsible service of alcohol and venue compliance requirements

What we’re looking for
Current QLD RSA
Availability to work nights,



weekends and public holidays
Ability to comfortably perform manual handling and stock replenishment duties
Robust customer service and communication skillsAbility to work efficiently without constant supervision
Previous bottle shop, liquor retail, retail or hospitality experience is highly regarded

Forklift licence is preferable but not essential
