About the role

You will be an important part of our bakery production team, helping produce a large volume of fresh, high-quality breads, pastries, cakes and other bakery products.

Working in a large-scale and quick-paced bakery environment, you will need to be organised, efficient and capable of maintaining excellent quality and consistency throughout production.





Your responsibilities will include
Preparing, mixing, shaping, proving and baking bakery products
Producing high volumes of consistent, quality products
Managing multiple production requirements efficiently
Working to production schedules and deadlines
Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
Maintaining a clean and organised production area
Contributing to product quality and continuous improvement
Working collaboratively with the wider bakery team

About you

We are looking for an experienced baker who:
Has baking experience
Has experience working in a commercial or large-scale bakery setting
Thrives in a fast-paced production environment
Values a stable and predictable roster
Can work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
Has robust technical baking skills
Takes pride in their work
Is reliable, punctual and hardworking
Can work independently and as part of a team
Has excellent attention to detail
Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Understands food safety and hygiene requirements

Certificate III in Baking or equivalent industry experience is highly regarded.
