Warrane Mornington Neighbourhood Centre is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team and make a meaningful impact!
In this permanent part-time role (17 hours/week, SCHADs Award Level 5), you'll help manage daily operations by handling complex administrative tasks, ensuring compliance, drafting procedures, and preparing grant applications and reports. Focused on community development, you'll contribute to program and operational plans and be comfortable managing team members and volunteers as required.
About you
Ability to work Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays
Extensive experience in administration and advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
Hold current Tasmanian Driver's License
Hold or be prepared to obtain a transparent National Police Check and a Tasmanian Working with Vulnerable People Card
Willing to adhere to the Child and Youth Secure Organisations Framework
Relevant degree with relevant experience,
or associate diploma with substantial experience (desirable)
Solid technical skills and expertise in information technology (desirable)
