Mills Recruitment seeks a senior civil design lead to plan, develop and quality-check civil design work across earthworks, roads and drainage. You’ll produce 3D models, drawings and documentation, and manage quantity take-offs for estimating.
You’ll lead a small design group, mentor designers and drafters, review work, ensure compliance with codes and standards, and coordinate with engineers, clients and suppliers on medium-sized projects.
