Account Manager

Leading Health & Wellness Distribution Company

A well-established and growing distributor of premium health, wellness, and nutritional supplement brands is seeking an Account Manager to join its field sales team, covering the South-West region.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading business supplying pharmacies, health stores, and specialist retailers throughout Ireland. The successful candidate will manage an established customer base while identifying opportunities for growth across their territory.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust relationships with customers throughout South-West.

Key responsibilities include:
Managing and growing an existing portfolio of pharmacy and health store accounts
Developing strong customer relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
Introducing new product launches and promotional activity
Driving sales growth across your territory
Identifying and securing new business prospects
Delivering product training and educational sessions for customers
Managing customer queries and providing excellent account support
Monitoring market trends and competitor activity
Achieving territory sales and growth targets




The ideal candidate will be a motivated, commercially focused sales professional who enjoys building long-term customer relationships.

You will have:
Previous experience in field sales, account management, or business development
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
A consultative and customer-focused approach to sales
Excellent organisational and territory management abilities
The ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
A full clean driving licence
Experience within pharmacy, healthcare, FMCG, consumer goods, wellness, or nutrition sectors would be advantageous but is not essential.
