Western Sydney Local Health District at Westmead Hospital seeks a Senior Social Worker to support patients and families across the renal care journey. You will provide specialist social work assessment, counselling, advocacy and practical support using a psychosocial approach.

This permanent part time role (20 hours per week) offers a team-oriented multidisciplinary workplace, opportunities for education and research, and access to staff well-being programs and on-site facilities.
