St George Community Housing – Liverpool NSW seeks a Customer Care Hub Consultant to handle inbound calls, tenancy queries and general customer service. The role is contract through August 2027, based at our Liverpool office with travel to other SGCH sites as required.
You will bring robust customer service experience, excellent written and spoken communication, and the ability to negotiate with a range of stakeholders to provide a high quality customer experience.
