Southern Steel Group is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team and start or develop a career in customer service within the steel industry. No prior steel or customer service experience is required, as we provide training and ongoing support.

You will handle phone and email sales enquiries, build relationships with customers, prepare quotations, negotiate and enter orders, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery.
