The Salvation Army is seeking a values-driven Case Manager to support older people at risk of homelessness, helping them access aged care, housing and essential services. You will work within the Care Finders program across Launceston and nearby areas, providing rapid, person-centered support.

This part time role is based in New Town, Tasmania, offering adaptable arrangements and prospect to contribute to meaningful social outcomes.
