Endeavour Group is seeking a Safety, Health & Wellbeing Lead to partner with ALH Hotels operations across NSW. You will implement the Safety, Health & Wellbeing Strategy, act as a trusted advisor to state leadership and venue teams, and embed a culture of care to prevent injuries.

You will conduct ICAM investigations, lead risk assessments, deliver wellbeing programs, and support site opening inspections while coaching teams across the region.
