You're a confident closer who loves building rapport, understanding what customers really want and turning ideas into sales. Furniture, kitchens, quote & measure, interiors or other big-ticket sales experience will translate beautifully. You'll be commercially driven, polished and motivated by targets, great products and uncapped earning potential.
Responsibilities include
Deliver a premium,
consultative showroom experience
Understand clients' needs and recommend tailored furniture solutions
Build strong relationships and confidently close high‑value sales
Achieve sales, KPI and commission targets consistently
Maintain exceptional styling, presentation and sales administration
Successful Applicants Will Have
Proven furniture, big‑ticket or commission‑based sales success
Kitchen, interiors or quote & measure experience highly regarded
Confidence negotiating and closing high‑value customer sales
Solid communication, relationship‑building and attention to detail
Availability every weekend to maximise commissions and earn a bonus
