Your focus will be taking First Notice of Loss (FNOL) calls, capturing incident details, offering reassurance, and guiding customers through next steps, reporting to the Claims & Communications Manager.
You’ll be the first point of contact for the Accident Management Assist line and general business enquiries, handling calls and emails with care and accuracy.
