Belmont 16ft Sailing Club is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the Club’s HR function, partnering with leaders to shape the employee experience and culture on Belmont Bay. You will oversee employee relations, recruitment, payroll and health & safety, while guiding workforce development and visa processes.
You will build solid relationships across the Club, provide trusted guidance to leadership, and drive up-to-date HR practices.
