About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Trainee Service Advisor or experienced Service Advisor to join our dynamic team at the RYDE AUTOMOTIVE GROUP in Gladesville, NSW. This is a full time position within our highly respected automotive group, offering excellent opportunities for career progression and development.

What you'll be doing
Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, including managing inquiries, booking appointments and coordinating vehicle servicing and repairs
Serving as the primary point of contact between customers and our skilled technicians, ensuring seamless communication
Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to all vehicle service and repair activities
Identifying and communicating additional service and repair requirements to customers
Assisting with the coordination of vehicle pick-up and delivery logistics
Promoting and selling additional products and services to enhance the customer experience

What we're looking for
A passion for the automotive industry and excellent customer service skills
Robust communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and technical staff




Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with automotive service and repair processes, or a willingness to learn
For the Trainee role, a keen interest in developing a career in the automotive industry
For the Service Advisor role, a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position
