About the role

We're looking for a creative all-rounder to work closely with our Founder and Creative Director. This role combines graphic design, digital marketing, content and client management. It suits someone who is a designer first but also enjoys talking to clients, contributing to strategy and writing the copy that brings a campaign to life.

Key responsibilities
Take creative projects from concept through to final delivery, including branding, marketing collateral, digital assets and print
Be a day-to-day point of contact for clients: gathering briefs, managing feedback rounds and delivering approved files
Plan, create and schedule content across social media, websites and email
Help develop and deliver marketing campaigns, and track performance to refine results
Write transparent, engaging marketing copy and messaging
Keep project timelines and client feedback up to date in ClickUp
Collaborate with our wider team of designers and freelancers
Ensure all work meets brand guidelines, quality standards and client expectations

About you




3+ years' experience across graphic design and digital marketing, ideally in an agency environment
A solid portfolio showing brand-led design across print and digital
Experience working directly with clients and juggling multiple projects
Comfortable moving between creative thinking and hands-on execution
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, plus experience with social scheduling and analytics tools
Excellent written communication and a sharp eye for detail
Proactive, organised and keen to take on more responsibility
