Experienced Voice Pickers & Tugger Operators Wanted!

Looking for your next prospect with excellent pay and plenty of overtime? We are seeking experienced Tugger Operators with strong Voice Picking skills to join a busy warehouse operation in Laverton.

Offering $48.48 per hour, ongoing Monday–Friday work and plenty of overtime during peak periods, this is a fantastic opportunity for experienced warehouse operators looking for consistent hours.

What's on Offer?
Pay rate: $48.48 per hour
Shift: 10:00pm – 6:00am
Days: Monday – Friday
Ongoing work with consistent hours
Plenty of overtime available during peak periods
Mandatory two-week training period on the afternoon shift before transitioning to nights

About the Role

You will be responsible for voice picking orders, operating a Tugger and working within a fast-paced warehouse setting handling alcohol products.

This is a hands-on, physically demanding role involving heavy and repetitive lifting, so applicants must be comfortable with manual handling.





What We're Looking For

To be considered, you must have:
Previous Tugger operating experience
Proven Voice Picking experience
Experience working in a rapid-paced warehouse
The ability to safely handle heavy and repetitive lifting
No issues working with and handling alcohol products
A robust work ethic and excellent reliability
Availability for ongoing Monday–Friday work
Flexibility to complete two weeks of afternoon-shift training

Please note: Availability for the afternoon-shift training period is essential. Applicants must be willing and able to complete the full two weeks before moving onto nights.
