We are seeking a skilled commercial kitchen repair technician to join our team in Perth. You will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment for our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in the industry and possess exceptional technical and customer service skills.

Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance, diagnose, and repair a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, fryers, refrigeration units, dishwashers, and more.
Conduct thorough inspections to identify equipment malfunctions, faulty components, and potential issues.
Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner to minimise downtime and optimise functionality.
Collaborate with clients and provide exceptional customer service, addressing their concerns and offering recommendations for equipment upgrades or replacements.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used,



ensuring proper documentation and reporting.
Stay updated with industry advancements and current technologies to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a commercial kitchen repair technician or a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of various commercial kitchen equipment.
Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts, as required.
