Duties include but not limited to:
Identify and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, service, and reliability.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with suppliers.
Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services as per company requirements.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to meet operational needs.
Work with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Analyse procurement trends and make recommendations for cost-saving opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
Assist in resolving supplier-related issues, including disputes and non-conformances.
Other duties as required by the Contracts Manager.
