Four Seasons Sydney is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our luxury hotel kitchen team. You will own a section, preparing high-standard dishes across in-room dining, banquets, and MODE Kitchen & Bar, while upholding exact plating, timing and consistency.

You will mentor Commis Chefs, support stock control, and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards in a rapid-paced, guest-focused setting.
