The Role
As a Cook, you’re at the heart of the restaurant. You’ll prepare fresh food every day, keep things moving during busy service, and bring our vibrant Mexican flavours to life. From prepping ingredients to cooking on the line, you’ll take pride in serving up excellent-quality food for our regulars and current guests alike.
What We’re Looking For
We appreciate diverse experience, but ideally, you’ll bring:
Experience working in a kitchen or cooking role within a busy hospitality workplace
A good understanding of food safety and hygiene
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Availability across a range of shifts, including nights and weekends

Previous cooking experience preferred, but not essential
