Estia Health in Victoria is seeking a Hospitality Lead to drive high standards across our aged care homes. You will work with the Hospitality Development Manager and Regional Manager to maintain budget performance while delivering the highest quality food and service.

You will conduct Head Chef orientations, assist in menu development aligned with Estia’s Cook Fresh philosophy, ensure a food safety rating of A and compliance with AACQA standards across the region.
