We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Front Office Manager to join our motel team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the front office, ensuring our guests receive friendly, efficient and professional service throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the motel reception/front office.
Welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and respond to guest enquiries.
Manage reservations, room availability and group bookings.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready and maintained to a high standard.
Handle guest requests, feedback and complaints professionally and promptly.
Liase with Local Tourism centres and local groups
Maintain accurate guest records and reservation information.
Assist with improving guest satisfaction and maintaining motel standards.
Ensure company policies, procedures and workplace safety requirements are followed.





About You

We are looking for someone who:
Has previous experience in motel, hotel or accommodation management.
Has solid customer service and communication skills.
Is confident supervising and supporting a team.
Is organised, reliable and able to work independently.
Has excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Is comfortable using booking and property management systems.
Can work flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays when required.
