QIC is seeking a hands-on Oracle HCM specialist to shape the next phase of our People & Culture technology journey in Sydney. This role focuses on implementing and optimising Oracle HCM solutions, including HR Help Desk, Case Management, Knowledge Management and OTBI reporting.

You will report to the P&C; System team and contribute to the Oracle optimisation roadmap, enhance employee and manager experiences, and maximise value from our Oracle investment.
